Check-in Reports
-
Time saved in you not having to meet and greet on tenancy start date.
-
Paperwork and keys handed over and tenant signatures acquired where necessary.
-
Tenants shown Smoke and CO alarm locations and push-button tested.
-
Utility meter identified and readings taken for the tenant.
We meet the tenant at the property on the tenancy start date and they are then shown over the property. This also allows them to view the condition and cleanliness of the property.
We will identify and push-button test were possible all safety alarms, take utility meter readings and handover the keys to the property.
As well as testing the safety alarms, the responsibilities to regularly test and maintain the alarms are explained to the tenant during their tenancy.

Whether we are working from our own previous inventory or one from a different supplier we meticulously cross-reference each component and report on any dilapidations or discrepancies during the tenancy.
We understand better than most the importance of a check-out report and the potential financial implications towards the tenant, landlord or agent are at stake if the report is not delivered impartially and accurately.
